Reach out to me with dates you’re looking for, and I will get back to you as soon as possible letting you know our availability.
A meet and greet is required before any service is booked to ensure the safety and comfortability of your pet(s) and myself. Meet and greets should be scheduled at least 2-3 days in advance to your pets stay. During this visit, please tell or show me your pets routine and ask me any questions you may have regarding your booking or my business. For bookings other than boarding, this is the time to show me where you keep food, leashes, litter boxes, etc.
For house sitting and drop in visits, provide me with a key or code at the time of our meet and greet. If an extra key cannot be given at that time, please leave it in safe, hidden spot where I can pick it up for the first visit. I will return the key to that spot at the end of each service unless specified otherwise.
For the safety of all our guests staying in my home including my own dogs, we require documented proof of current vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvo, along with a record of flea/tick prevention of any dogs staying in my home. Please provide these records from your veterinarian via email prior to your stay.
Please provide detailed feeding instructions, including portion sizes and feeding times. If your dog requires medication, specify the dosage, administration method, and any potential side effects. All medications should be labeled clearly with your pet's name.
We have a huge yard for your pet to run around and play in. The perimeter is checked frequently to avoid any dog from escaping. For boarding, crate trained dogs are preferred, but not required. If a crate is not provided, your dog must be okay with being behind a gate for the safety of your dog and any other animals present.
I accept cash, checks, venmo, paypal, and zelle
Your dog's safety is our priority. I maintain an up-to-date list of emergency contacts, including your preferred veterinarian, and a first aid kit equipped to address minor injuries or ailments promptly. In the unlikely and unfortunate case of emergency, I will contact you first and your listed veterinarian if needed, unless it’s necessary to contact your vet first. In very rare cases where vet information is not given or your vet is unable to see your pet, I will take your pet to my personal vet (Cooper City Animal Hospital) or emergency vet (LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital). All fees charged by the treating facility are the responsibility of the owner.
All services include regular updates at the end of each day on your dog's activities and any significant events during my time with them. I also send pictures and videos along with each update.
